MLK CAPITAL UNION, N. A. is a private, members-only, national association of men and women who have united out of a common concern for the economic inequities, which exist amongst people of African descent.

Group-MLK Capital Union is focused upon those initiatives which facilitate the national mobilization of capital amongst people of African descent and the re-deployment of said capital pursuant to the cultivation and engagement of various private, strategic initiatives which may include, but are not limited to, corporate acquisitions; manufacturing, product distribution, world trade, capital markets and commercial property investment intended for the furtherance of the collective African American community, as well as, present opportunities of economic benefit to its private members.

While widely dispersed amongst thousands of financial institutions around the nation who do not hold the interest of people of African descent as primary, people of African descent collectively, possess and deposit hundreds of millions of dollars in these institutions on a weekly; bi-weekly and monthly basis. While these monies are indeed owned by people of African descent, once they are deposited into these institutions, they are no longer controlled and are thereby reallocated and made available for the use and interest of others who do not hold the interest of the black community as primary.

Thus, in reality, the national black community does not suffer from a lack of capital, but from a lack of mobilization of the capital, which it earns, controls and which is already in existence. All business initiatives and/or transactions which might be presented and/or offered by MLK Capital Union, N. A. are not intended for, nor available to, the general public.

Instead, all business initiatives and/or transactions, which might be presented and/or offered by MLK Capital Union, N. A. are private and, are offered solely to, and are available exclusively for registered Group-MLK Capital Union and/or BFNN members.
